Free cancellation up to 2 hours before your scheduled start. Inside the 2-hour window, we charge one hour of the block. No-shows are charged the full confirmed amount.
Yes. Hourly blocks are fully Cabcharge-compatible, alongside card and cash. Your rate is agreed up front — no surge, no card fee on Cabcharge — with an itemised receipt after the booking.
